Lana-May, an incredibly talented musician, accompanied by a quartet of gifted musicians on piano, double bass, and drums, took us on a delightful journey through traditional New Orleans-style jazz and blues. Lana-May is known for being one of the most charismatic and multi-talented front women in hot jazz, dazzling audiences with her instrumental skills, stunning vocals, and exceptional leadership. Her music not only captures the essence of the Golden Age but also transports listeners back to the vaudeville shows and gin bars of 1920s New Orleans, Chicago, and Paris. It was truly a magical evening that captivated the hearts and ears of everyone in attendance.
