The Club is able to facilitate meetings which range from small, intimate gatherings, through to boardroom level and theatre-style events hosting up to 150 guests, with all the audio-visual and technical facilities you’d expect.
Meetings, Training Sessions & Seminars
With plenty of natural daylight and views overlooking St James’s Square, The Rag’s meeting rooms can accommodate between 2 – 120 guests in a variety of different room layouts and set-ups.
Healthy breakfast options and appetising working lunches with tea and coffee breaks provide all you need to ensure your day meeting is a success from start to finish. All rooms include use of a projector, screen, laptop, flip-charts, writing pads with pens, jugs of iced water and mints.
Conferences & Symposiums
Organising a day conference at The Rag is made easy with a comprehensive Day Delegate Rate package to include venue hire and catering options to suit a variety of special dietary requirements. The package also includes a full audio-visual solution and a dedicated front-of-house team on hand for the duration of the event.
Our larger rooms can be set up to accommodate up to 150 delegates who have comprehensive use of the Club’s facilities during their visit, including overnight accommodation, secure underground parking and access to the bars and restaurants.
The Club also has a dedicated Business Centre on the first floor which offers the perfect flexible working environment for freelancers and professionals on the go. Our fully serviced office facilities, complete with hot desks, break-out spaces, fast wi-fi and at-desk catering options can be used for ad-hoc meetings, private working or as quiet space away from the office.
The centre is equipped with six workstations, two equipped with desktops, the other four with charging facilities for laptops and mobile devices. Other business services include access to multi-functional print/scan and copy devices, wide-screen HD TVs and dial-in conference calling. The adjoining rooms have comfortable sofa seating and bean-to-cup coffee facilities, ideal for small meetings and one-to-ones.
