Culinary Masterclass with Executive Chef Stuart Hart

Join Chef Hart and his team for our final Culinary Masterclass of the year! This special December session will focus on two exciting demonstrations: breaking down a saddle of venison and tempering chocolate for stunning decorations.
The day will begin at 4:00 PM with tea and cake, followed by a quick health and safety briefing. From there, you’ll move to your stations and observe Chef Hart demonstrate the art of breaking down a venison saddle. You’ll also participate in the chocolate tempering session, where you’ll get hands-on experience creating elegant decorations.
The evening will conclude with a 2-course dinner starting promptly at 7:00 PM, where you’ll be served a specially prepared Venison with Chocolate Sauce.
