Reciprocal Members are required to submit a Letter of Introduction from their home club when booking accommodation.
Bedrooms may be reserved no more than two months prior to the arrival date and bookings must be guaranteed by a debit or credit card. A gratuity of 10% will be added to all charges.
On arrival at the Army & Navy Club, Reciprocal Members are required to complete a Temporary Reciprocal Form and show their home membership card as well as one other form of identification, such as a driving license or passport.
