A NIGHT OF SUPPER AND STELLAR THEATRE
Saturday 16th November at 18.30 | Coffee Room | £95 Per Person

Supper and theatre is a well-established and much-loved West End ritual. Now add the Rag to theatre land. On Saturday November 16th, an evening of high drama will be served up in a transformed Coffee Room along with the club’s finest fare for what will be a ground-breaking occasion.

For one night only, Stellar Theatre presents “Two Shot”, a play specially written for the Rag that will be performed for your pleasure followed by supper. For the usual excellence on your plate and in your glass you will be joined at your tables by the actors, once they have taken a bow, and those behind what will be a reading of this comedy drama. So a chance to meet and chat with the cast once the curtain has fallen. Likewise, those behind the evening’s stagecraft.

On offer: fine dining with a starter course of comedy drama entertainment to ensure you begin the evening as you mean to go on.

Tom and Annie are stalwart thespians searching for the ultimate role to play. The phone rings and Tom learns he has struck lucky. But what of Annie’s fortunes…

Starring Peter Wight as Tom and Lorien Haynes as Annie (with stage direction reading by Melissa Greenwood).

Fresh from performing for the Royal Shakespeare Company, Peter Wight is an actor of many years standing, starting in Z-Cars and featuring since on stage and our screens for six decades including in shows like The Crown, the recent BBC adaptation of Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials, and the film of Ian McEwan’s Booker short-listed novel, Atonement.
