Royal Ascot – Private Chalet in the Village Enclosure

The Army and Navy Club are pleased to share an invitation to a Royal Ascot experience within a private chalet in the Village Enclosure, ideally positioned on the Heath close to the racecourse.
This offers access to an intimate chalet setting, shared with a select group of members and guests. The day will include a Pimm’s reception on arrival, the Royal Procession, and an afternoon of racing, alongside insights from jockeys and trainers within the chalet.
Price: £580 pp includes:
– Admission to the Village Enclosure
– Pimm’s Reception
– Complimentary bar including beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks
– Four-course lunch with buffet-style dessert & cheese
– Full afternoon tea buffet
– Racing paper & racecards
– Car parking
Price: £620 pp includes:
– All of the above, as well as return coach transfer to and from The Farmers Club / Whitehall Court.
Tickets and badges will be provided in advance or on the day, depending on travel arrangements, and a dedicated host will be present throughout.
A limited allocation of places is currently available. Members are invited to book their tickets by 8th May should they wish to attend.
NB: It is important to note the Village Enclosure does not include entry to the Parade Ring, or to any other enclosure.
