PRIVATE DINING

Throughout the year, the events team coordinates a large number of family lunches, reunion and alumnae dinners and investiture celebrations. Catering for small dinner parties to larger groups, the Army & Navy Club, offers flexible event options in terms of individual rooms and bespoke menus.

Discreet service delivered by a team of full-time catering staff and superb catering by an in-house brigade of Chefs ensure a stylish occasion for you and your guests. Our dedicated events team offer a wealth of experience to ensure a tailor-made private dining experience guided by your preferences and requirements.

RECEPTIONS

Celebrating special anniversaries, a birthday, an engagement or a christening with close family and friends is what we do best. Informal parties and drinks receptions are easily arranged for small and large groups alike.

The Drawing Room regularly hosts Afternoon Tea parties with either a Cocktail or Champagne Bar. The Library, overlooking St. James’s Square Gardens, provides a perfect backdrop for birthday drinks with canapes and bowl food.

MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES

Organising a conference at The Rag is made easy with a comprehensive Day Delegate Rate package to include venue hire and catering options to suit a variety of special dietary requirements. The package also includes a full audio-visual solution and a dedicated front-of-house team on hand for the duration of the event.

With plenty of natural daylight and views overlooking St James’s Square, The Rag’s meeting rooms can accommodate between 2 – 150 guests in a variety of different room layouts and set-ups.

Healthy breakfast options and appetising working lunches with tea and coffee breaks provide all you need to ensure your day meeting is a success from start to finish. All rooms include use of a projector, screen, laptop, flip-charts, writing pads with pens, jugs of iced water and mints.
