The Executive Chef, Stuart Hart and his team are passionate about food and only use the highest quality ingredients. Club menus are sourced using British produce wherever possible, from the very best of suppliers.

The Club endeavours to use seasonal produce, and also promotes the use of rare breeds from British farms that abide by the highest standards of animal husbandry.
