Rabbit, Mousse and Broth
Join us at The Rag for a truly special Culinary Masterclass in September! In this session, we will demonstrate breaking down a rabbit and what you can do with each component, making a mousse, and preparing the vegetable contents for the broth.
The day will begin at 9:30am with pastries and a brief health and safety talk. From there, you will head to your stations to break down your own rabbit and make your own rabbit mousse.
The afternoon will conclude with a two-course lunch, served promptly at 12:30. You will enjoy a specially prepared Saddle of Rabbit with Shallot, Mushroom and Herb Mousse and Seasonal Vegetable Broth.
