Club Print and Book Sale

The Club will be holding a Print and Book Sale for members.

A selection of framed prints will be available to purchase, including a number of Yachts of the America’s Cup, which have been removed from storage. Also in the sale will be a variety of Naval history and sailing books from a recent audit of the Library. Many are old editions or duplicates that have been withdrawn to make space for new acquisitions.

Prints will be laid out inside the Barnes Room and books on tables outside it for Members to peruse over four days. Prints will be priced from £5 and books from £1. Purchases can be made in cash to an honesty box or by credit card at Reception.

All proceeds will go into the Collections Fund, enabling the purchase of new books and conservation work for art and artefacts. Recent projects include the restoration of the club’s portrait of the first Duke of Wellington and the recently completed repair of a 19^th century table made by Gillows of London.

*Please note that purchases cannot be posted or held at the Club for future collection, but must be removed from in person on the day.
