Beef Wellington

Join us at The Rag for a truly special Culinary Masterclass! This session in May will focus on putting together a beef wellington.

The day will begin at 09:30 with pastries and a health and safety briefing. After that, you will move to your stations to observe a demonstration of each element of making a beef Wellington, before putting it all together to build your own beef Wellington.

The afternoon will conclude with a 2-course lunch starting promptly at 13:00, where you will be served a specially prepared Beef Wellington with Dauphinoise Potato, Seasonal Market Vegetables and Claret Jus.
