Join us at The Rag for a truly special Culinary Masterclass this July! In this session, we’ll demonstrate how to prepare a classic court bouillon cooking liquor, how to cook and pick down a whole crab, and how to make the most of every part of the crab in a variety of delicious ways.
The day will begin at 9:30am with pastries and a brief health and safety talk. From there, you’ll head to your stations to watch Chef Domonic demonstrate how to cook and pick down your own crab.
The afternoon will conclude with a two-course lunch, served promptly at 1:00pm. You’ll enjoy a specially prepared Tian of Portland Crab with guacamole and a Bloody Mary dressing.
