Saint-Émilion Dinner
On Friday, 22nd November, Rag members enjoyed an exceptional evening at the Saint-Émilion Dinner, expertly hosted by the Club’s Master of the Cellar, Tim Hartley. The evening began with a warm drinks reception in the Library, where members gathered to indulge in lively conversation before the culinary experience began.
The three-course dinner that followed in the Coffee Room was expertly paired with wines from the renowned Saint-Émilion region, offering guests a delightful exploration of the region’s distinct flavours. Throughout the evening, Tim Hartley shared his expert knowledge and passion for the wines, enhancing the experience as members savoured each pairing.
It was a truly memorable evening that took guests on a sensory journey to Saint-Émilion, celebrating the finest wines and exceptional food in the welcoming atmosphere of the Club. The event was a perfect blend of good company, great conversation, and outstanding wine.
