Stellar Theatre
The Rag proudly extended its repertoire into Theatreland with a captivating evening of drama and dining on Saturday, 16th November, transforming the Coffee Room into a theatrical haven. Members and guests were treated to the one-night-only performance of Two Shot, a comedy drama specially written for the Club, courtesy of Stellar Theatre.
The evening began with a spellbinding reading of Two Shot, written and directed by Paul Greenwood. The play, brought to life by the stellar talents of Peter Wight as Tom and Lorien Haynes as Annie, with Melissa Greenwood providing stage direction, drew the audience into the lives of two seasoned actors navigating the unpredictable tides of their craft. Laughter and intrigue filled the room as the tale unfolded, setting the perfect tone for the evening.
Following the final bow, the actors and creative team joined diners for a sumptuous supper, blending the Club’s renowned culinary excellence with a rare opportunity for members to engage directly with the cast and creators. Conversations flowed, offering unique insights into the production’s themes and the performers’ experiences.
