The Rag recently hosted an extraordinary Culinary Masterclass led by the talented Chef Hart and his dedicated team, offering members a hands-on opportunity to refine their culinary skills. The day began in perfect style with freshly baked croissants and coffee at 9:30 am, setting a convivial tone for the session. After a concise health and safety briefing, participants donned their aprons and took their places at individual stations, ready to dive into the art of fine cooking.

The highlight of this session was mastering the preparation of the iconic Lobster Thermidor. Under Chef Hart’s expert guidance, attendees explored the intricacies of this classic dish, from selecting premium ingredients to perfecting the rich, creamy sauce that defines its luxurious appeal. The experience culminated with a two-course lunch, providing participants the opportunity to savour their culinary creations in the company of fellow enthusiasts.
