Rag Golf Society
We reconstituted the Rag Golf Society last Summer in order to field a team for the London inter club competition, the Bath Cup, held at Woking GC in October. The team finished fifth out of a field of 16. Strategising in the bar afterwards, the group felt other members of the Rag would be interested in representing the Club in occasional matches and also to play at fellow members clubs. The four of us recently met to play at Berkhamsted GC and are considering another fixture near Reading in September. To assess appetite, it would be helpful for members to indicate their interest by frequency, preferred locations or willingness to travel, indication of playing standard.
