DESCRIPTION:Pilates for Posture Four Week Course hosted by Emily Altneu Pilates\nThursdays at 18.00 from 6th to 27th August\n \nBack by popular demand\, Emily Altneu is offering a five week Pilates for Posture course. Exclusive to Rag members\, these one hour group classes will take place on a weekly basis on Thursdays from 6th – 27th August.\n \n  \nEmily will gently guide members through the fundamental Pilates movement techniques\, including breathing\, posture and balance\, as well as introducing some basic poses and stretches. Participants do not need any fitness equipment to take part\, just lots of enthusiasm!  \n  \nDiscounted rate of £48 for the four week course / £12 per class payable in advance.
